Ludington on Kavanaugh

Ludington says that he saw Kavanaugh really wasted...which Kavanaugh has basically admitted. Ludington also claims that Kavanaugh is lying. Why? Because, he says, it isn't plausible that Kavanaugh could have drunk like he did without blacking out...but he also says that he never saw him blacked out. So...a big nothingburger. But man, CNN is flogging it like there's no tomorrow.
If dissembling about your college drinking habits under oath is grounds for rejection, then I think we're probably done here. But if you're looking for proof that Kavanaugh lied about blacking out, then you're gonna hafta keep looking.

Um, how would you see that someone is blacked out? Seeing that someone drinks so much as to make it implausible that they never black out seems to be about the best one could do.
No, that's not right.
I heard a lot of these conversations in college, and apparently one finds out in a very much more direct way. The conversations always went like this:
A: Dude, you were so wasted that you x'ed!
B: Dude, I don't remember x'ing at all!
A: Dude, ha ha ha you were blacked out!
