Yes. That's completely different than what CNN is attributing to him. CNN is twisting it to mean: if we (Republicans) lose, then we'll become violent. That's basically the opposite of what he's saying.
I don't think Trump's quote was all that much better than CNN's bullshit.

It is absolute bullshit. How exactly are dems going to 'overturn everything' without a 20 vote majority in the Senate and the presidency? And why the hell would they do it violently? The Democrats and the Antifa are not remotely the same group. It is just propaganda of the worst sort.
And yet, CNN makes it sound as if Trump is threatening violence *by conservatives* if the GOP loses.
Well, I'm sure there will be rhetorical, and quite possibly epistemic violence if the Dems win the house. Republicans could be erased and effectively silenced if they lose their majority. One wonders if it will end up in a genocide of Trumpist indictments and impeachment hearings.
