So these people try to evaluate the risk of sexual violence and of course there is no more fitting analogy than Syria. Where ISIS converted an entire religious minority into sex slaves. We're exactly like that.
Of course, this isn't a report, it's plainly a political document. It wouldn't be reported if the US wasn't unreasonably high. So you have to slander a country for teh clickz.
