Free speech issues aside, "sectarian" is the word they want. Some of the Scottish football clubs have predominantly Catholic or Protestant fanbases, and in parts of Scotland (e.g. Glasgow, the happiest place on Earth) Catholic vs. Protestant can reach near-Ulster levels of hatefulness.
Free speech issues still aside, that poster is wretched. How many weeks of earnest brainstorming and tens of thousands of pounds of gov't subsidies went into that, I wonder?
