Trump Judicial Nominee Doesn't Know Basic (?) Rules of Evidence
I trust Drum...but honestly, I have no idea whether these questions were things he should have known or not. They could be obscure for all I know...or the kinds of things that people commonly have to look up.
Anybody know?
Also, for the love of God, a simple I don't know is sufficient--and admirable. All this stumble-bumbling around is painful to listen to. Though I guess that's not the way it's played when Bullshit! is the game.

It'd be one thing if he answered properly to some of the questions. He went o-for-ten. Kennedy is going to have to vote against him after that session.
...he has to be pretty pissed off with the quality of nomination.
Yeah, but until I know how hard the questions were, I don't know what to make of the 0/10 score...I mean, surely if they were all crazy obscure somebody would have mentioned that by now, though, right?
I've been lurking in the shadows for quite some time, but I shall return for this.
If you are an attorney who has ever set foot inside of a court room these were questions that you absolutely must know. It would be malpractice to represent a client in a trial if you didn't have a firm grip on those concepts.
