The article doesn't suggest he was stopped by anyone in particular. Is there more info elsewhere?
That info *was* in the story originally, I'm almost certain, and I've seen it in others too. wonder whether it turned out to be false? Lemme know if you find out what's what.I'm too busy writing shitty lectures to attend to the news.
