Compelled pronoun use has to be unconstitutional, and is morally ridiculous. That alone is necessary to make your point.
The HIV thing is too bizarre to even evaluate. Who in their right mind would want to destigmatize a deadly illness? That's a very useful stigma! It honestly feels like the magical word-thinking of progressivism overriding actual consideration. Someone called it a stigma so it has to go.
