Another Truly Terrible Anti-Damore Essay: Anna Wiener, "How Silicon Valley's Workplace Culture Produced James Damore's Google Memo"

Wow this is bad.
I mean...really bad.
How did Silicone Valley produce Damore's memo? By being possessed by PC madness. How do facts usually produce true descriptions of those facts?
Weiner seems to think that only in Silicone Valley do people value straightforward arguments. She wanders around describing some basically irrelevant stuff, then expresses doubt that Damore "genuinely thought it was the best way to strike up a conversation"...which...I'm sure he didn't. Rather, he was saying it because he thought it was true. This is the reason most normal people say most normal things. If I say that Trump is a disaster it's not because I want to "strike up a conversation." I'm saying it because I'm fairly damn sure that it's a damn fact. Then she ends with her real point, which is, basically, that it's all too racist and horrible and hurtful to discuss such things...though, of course, if she came right out and said that, at least it would have the virtue of honesty...
God, what nonsense.
How does crap like this get published?
Wait...I actually now the answer to that...

Are you writing "Silicone" Valley on purpose?

LOL NO--I just somehow have a brain glitch about that, and screw it up basically every time.

I saw that and thought it might be the décolletage between two breast implants.
