Kinda intended to vote for the Pubs...but couldn't bring myself to do it.
I'd never watched one and didn't even know about it...but it was pretty damn fun.

A score like that suggests the Dems have a pitcher, and the Repubs...don't. Did the Dems have a woman on the mound?
Yeah, that was the story of the game as far as I could see--Dems pitching was much better. My brother and I were wondering how many people are likely to have any experience pitching out of 270-ish not-randomly-selected people who are mostly dudes (Senators can apparently play too). Seems like if you can get one decent pitcher in a baseball game made up of mostly middle-aged dudes, you could rule.
The only woman we saw (though we missed the first couple of innings) was Linda Sanchez who batted and was walked and then they put in a pinch runner for her.
