Bono Is One Of Glamour Magazine's Women Of The Year
Well, he's exactly as much a woman as Caitlyn Jenner is...so I guess there's precedent...
Maybe this will spawn an even crazier version of gender madness. The current nutty theory is that you can turn yourself into a woman just by "identifying" yourself as such...maybe the new view will be that you're a woman if anyone identifies you as such. I mean...something something death of the author...uh...something. Amirite?
(h/t the redneck raconteur)
[Also: since when does stringing together tweets--from people nobody has ever heard of, to boot--count as writing a post? Much less an actual article. Also: "cis" is not a word.]

Sorry, Winston, but cis is a perfectly fine word when used in the right context:
cis1
sis/
adjectiveCHEMISTRY
adjective: cis
denoting or relating to a molecular structure in which two particular atoms or groups lie on the same side of a given plane in the molecule, in particular denoting an isomer in which substituents at opposite ends of a carbon–carbon double bond are on the same side of the bond.
"the cis isomer of stilbene"
Now, you can argue that it's misused when applied to the various types of sexual identity experience, but "not a word" is a very ignorant statement on your part.
OMG TVDA...you got something right!
It just goes to show ya', I guess.
A moments' research with teh Google might help you avoid such elementary mistakes in the future.
It's sad that you have to seize on this small thing, man...
And I hate to disappoint you too much, but, since you are being dumb about this, I'll go ahead and say that I'm well aware of the chemical use of the term...(though,come to think of it, I suppose I thought it was only a prefix, not a stand-alone word...) "It's not a word" is just a sloppy way of saying, roughly: it doesn't work in the relevant context.
But...if it makes you happy, I can pretend that I didn't know it...
Hey, extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
Just saying that "blank" isn't a real word is a rhetorical trick, like the No True Scotsman claim.
Dude, you're getting pathetic.
Man, I thought that was a good-humored joke from DA.
I..guess not?
Shit.
You could be right.
I've gotten so used to the other thing...
If so, my bad and my apologies, DA, seriously.
