A Trump-Putin Alliance?
The Mystic was just expressing similar concerns to me this morning.
He was worried that they edge over into conspiracy theory territory...which is...the thought to have if you are not crazy... But not every conspiracy theory is false...

Now to be clear, I was not suggesting an alliance. In fact, I doubt there's such a thing. What is more plausible, in my eye, is that Putin thinks Trump is a total dumbass that he could easily manipulate and so he's publicly stating that he thinks Trump's totally a wise dude and clandestinely he's working to undermine Trump's opposition.
Just to be clear...about the nature of my conspiracy theory.

Also: Trump's a first-gen AI constructed by the DoD. Obviously, they're still working out the bugs and that's why they had to give him the near-perfect insulation from failure afforded by starting life as a millionaire in this country.
Look, all conspiracies aside, it's plausible that Trump's business interests have been underwritten by Russian Oligarchs (including Putin). It's also plausible that he will be indebted to them. Judging by his actions, and the self serving nature of the man, this might influence his decisions. I don't see this as a conspiracy theory territory...there's a considerable amount of evidence to be suspicious that something fishy is going on.
The two glasses of wine might be influencing this, as might my intense loathing of Drumpf and everything he stands for.

Yeah, I have a hard time honestly assessing such things for the same reason. I can't be trusted about Trump, but I agree that none of this stuff would surprise me *all* that much if it turned out to be true.
