Male and Female Crazy, In a Nutshell
25 year old woman claims marriage to Charles Manson.
The most paradigmatic type of male crazy: dudes be killin'. The most paradigmatic type of female crazy: swooning over said dudes.
One important way to divide up the world: its us vs. the crazy violent dudes and the women who long to bear their more-likely-than-average-to-be crazy violent offspring, thus perpetuating the cycle.
Needless to say, this theory might need a bit of fine-tuning...

I'm sorry to disagree with you, but there have been a number of women in history who have been serial killers, and I'm not just talking about Aileen Wuornos here.

I didn't really mean to say it was limited to men... Rather that there is something representative about these two kinds of crazy...that men are very much more likely to be violent psychos...but that women's type of crazy seems to be to go for violent psychos...
That could still be wrong, of course. But Wikipedia, the source of all knowledge, says that female serial killers make up only a small percentage of all serial killers:

My father worked at Agnew State Hospital in San Jose, CA during the early 1950s. The most violent patient he came across was a woman who jumped him and tried to strangle him very unsuccessfully.
It's true that women serial killers are a small % of the total of serial killers, but some scholars believe that the figure doesn't take into account the fact that poison is more often used by women than men in accomplishing their desired goal, and that therefore there are probably more undetected women serial killers as a result.
There have been some studies about the attraction of women to notorious criminals, this was seen in the 19th Century in England as well as this country. One thing to keep in mind is that it is a very safe relationship, the
Whatta know, there's a Wikipedia page on the subject:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hybristophilia
Hybristophilia "is a paraphilia of the predatory type in which sexual arousal, facilitation, and attainment of orgasm are responsive to and contingent upon being with a partner known to have committed an outrage, cheating, lying, known infidelities or crime, such as rape, murder, or armed robbery." The term is derived from the Greek word ὑβρίζειν hubrizein, meaning "to commit an outrage against someone" (ultimately derived from ὕβρις hubris "hubris"), and philo, meaning "having a strong affinity/preference for".[1] In popular culture, this phenomenon is also known as "Bonnie and Clyde Syndrome".
Many high-profile criminals, particularly those who have committed atrocious crimes, receive "fan mail" in prison which is sometimes amorous or sexual, presumably as a result of this phenomenon. In some cases, admirers of these criminals have gone on to marry the object of their affections in prison.[2][3],
I don't get it, DA.. are you really trying to argue that women are as likely to commit violent crime as men?
If so, I wonder if you live on Earth. If not, I don't really get your point.
