I'd like to offer my 6 ways to fix the done policy:
1) Stop killing American citizens without due process
2) Stop killing American citizens without due process
3) Stop killing American citizens without due process
4) Stop killing American citizens without due process
5) Stop killing American citizens without due process
6) Stop killing American citizens without due process
I should note, that morally I see no difference between killing an American and killing a foreign citizen, but given that the US Constitution is generally only seen to protect American Citizens rights the legal issues with failing to provide due process for those killings are greater.
