Chill out! I don't mean a word I say! I'm a centrist! I'm a leftist! I'm practically a Republican!

Vote for Obama. You'll never have to worry if I'm lying! I am!

LOL

Instead of trying to reason with you, let me just point out: You're go-nna lo-ose, you're go-nna lo-ose.

Hoo-ray for your side. But reason has nothing to do with it.

Y'all just foisted off perhaps the worst president in history on this country and the world. He's a lying SOB who drug us into a disastrous war, failed to get OBL, failed to win the eminently winnable Afghanistan war, ruined the economy and shredded the constitution. Ya'll not only never spoke out against him, but you defended him to the bitter end. Then you try to foist off on us the doddering McCain and the most unqualified VP nominee ever, both of whom have done nothing but spew divisive lies throughout the whole campaign. Again, not a peep about it from your side.

But somehow it's *Obama* who's the liar? NOW what your side has done is to fabricate a vast web of laughable fantasies about Obama, and then whip yourselves into a frenzy about it. He's a Muslim! He's a terrorist! He's a socialist! He's the Antichrist!

So, of course, from the CONSERVATIVE perspective, reason *doesn't* have anything to do with it. From *that* perspective reason never does. It's all about the bullshit.

No wonder you're all in a tizzy--if he were any of the things you've painted him as, it'd be worrisome.

But y'all just can't tell fantasy from reality anymore.

Seriously--for the sake of American conservatism--you guys need to back up and take a good, hard look at yourselves.

Seriously, Anonymous ... it's not our side who was proudly trumpeting that our campaign was, "not about the issues." It's not our side who said outright that, "if we talk about the economy, we'll lose."

You may not like the solutions Barack Obama has had to offer, but at least he makes a good-faith effort to offer them.

I mean, this hasn't even really been an election that's a contest between competing ideas. It's been an election that's a contest between ideas on the one hand and substanceless political theatre on the other.

And that's not our fault.
