Cinnabon Fired for Using Racial Slur, Flipping off Customers

Forced to bet money, I'd bet that the customers did something to provoke Wilsey. It's common practice on the left to produce videos truncated to leave out half the story. That describes basically all the anti-ICE videos on Reddit and BlueSky...
Look, even if Wilsey is a terrible person, who the hell is dumb enough to use this particular racial slur on camera? Surely she realizes that she'll be the object of unbridled public rage. Like the woman who caught the black kid in the park stealing her stuff, it's at least fairly likely that the people on the receiving end of the insults did something to provoke the reaction. You think Wilsey could hold down a service job of any kind if she were prone to such outbursts unprovoked? (It'd be informative to know how long she's worked in such jobs.)
The word in question--which everyone shudders now even to mention OH MY GOD!!111--is...yeah...an awfully ugly word. It's not the sort of word one ought to throw around lightly...

...Though...if, say, you get just up and stabbed by someone, you get to say anything you want to that person...
Now...this story sounds utterly nuts--as it's being portrayed in conservative media, anyway... Which is like so: guy A just up and stabbed guy B! Then guy B called guy A (note: guy A is black) "the n-word" dun dun dun... As a result of guy B saying THE TERRIBLE AND MAGICAL WORD, the judge just let guy A go, no jail, no fine, no suspended sentence, no nothing...
   Now...that would be insane.
So...did the couple in question do something to Ms. Wilsey that's not in the video? I'm gonna say: probably, yes. Did they do something that warranted her reaction? Well, I kinda doubt it...because, again, I think that's a pretty mean thing to say to people.
I do not think it's a magic word that summons the devil...or whatever the hell the left seems to think about it now. If you, say, stabbed me, not only am I going to beat you senseless, I'm going to say some very angry shit to you. Very. Angry. Anyone who thinks that there is any word the saying of which is worse than unjustifiably stabbing someone...is insane. Somebody stabs you, you have permission to say anything you want to him--and do just about anything you want. Certainly you have the right to use deadly force against him...so...ya see...you also have the right to use harsh language...
Though, it looks like the stabbing in question was some kind of complicated nonsense among bums--which is not the way it's being represented on the right.
Oh, sorry! Not bums! I meant "the unhoused"...
Or is there a new euphemism for bums this week that I haven't heard about?

Anyway, what happened in the Cinnabon case? I'm gonna guess that the couple did something pretty far out of line to Wilsey...and Wilsey disproportionately flipped out. Her actions are so over the top that it's pretty damn unlikely that they did anything deserving of such a tirade.

Somewhat funny coincidence: I happen to be re-reading Huck Finn right now. Much superior to Tom Sawyer, which I recently re-read again also.
