This reminds me of a prediction I made a decade ago:
If actual sex changes ever become possible (and maybe also affordable and all that), gender ideology will disappear over night.
(In fact, it might not even require actual sex changes. All it would probably really require is really plausible simulated sex change. (As opposed to the butchery that seems to be going on now.) But I'll ignore that for right now.)
But, anyway. If men could actually become women and vice-versa, even the lefties would stop pretending that guys merely wearing dresses and makeup are somehow women. Gender ideology is the kind of thing that happens when people really bad at philosophy want something to be true that demonstrably isn't. It's a cloud of nonsense words and laughably stupid arguments to cover up the incontrovertible, inconvenient fact that sex change simply is not possible.
Should we ever develop the sci-fi medical technology to actually do the thing in question, even the most devoted moonbat relativists will stop pretending that just saying you're a woman is what makes you one.
