In case you don't remember: Kat Abaga-whatsis is in no way being prosecuted for exercising her First Amendment rights. Rather, she impeded ICE, blocking the driveway to the Chicago facility as part of a mob, pounding on vehicles, etc...all while being video'd, of course... And she's cute alright...though, as someone somewhere noted: she's like AOC, but dumber...
The rioters simply assert over and over again that their refusal to conform to legitimate time, place and manner restrictions means their Constitutional rights are being violated.
Which betrays their abject ignorance.
Or, well (Orwell!): they've got a squad of "green hat" lawyers buzzing around attempting to intimidate ICE and the cops...so they may know better--it may be a tactical lie.
