Appeals Court Strikes Down OH School District's Retarded Pseudo-Pronoun Policy

As I informed our Faculty Senate in 2021, such policies violate the First Amendment.

(I told 'em they could pass it if they liked, but I wouldn't follow it, and if I was sanctioned, I'd take it to the courts...and they'd side with me...)
