The court's decision is certainly plausible. I'm in no way surprised.
I also don't like Trump's wacky, indiscriminate (attempted) use of Executive Orders and emergency powers.
Don't even get me started on the ridiculous EO trying to regulate voting in all the states... Though I think it would be great for the country and the security and authority of our elections to eliminate indiscriminate mail-in voting, I don't see how Trump thinks he's getting around the Tenth Amendment.
A lot of the stuff Trump's trying to do would at least be good for the country if he had the authority to do it--in contrast to, say, Biden's efforts to make us pay off other people's student loans...
However...abuse of power is---and I'm going to go way out on a limb here--bad in itself.
On a related point: However, I'm still unconvinced that tariffs are always and obviously stupid.
