100 pushups in 5 minutes or whatever--lol no sweat.
But the pullups...
I'm not sure I've even done one good pullup since rotator cuff surgery 1.5 years ago..and I was never much good at 'em anyway... Shoulder's good now, though...so that excuse is a bit thin. (It took LOTS of work and LOTS of time. Probably a year to get it back online. Make sure you know what you're getting into if you are thinking about rotator cuff surgery...) Well, guess I'd better get crackin' and see whether I can get up to speed. 50 in 5 minutes...eh... Well, probably take like 2 minutes for the pushups. But even with 8 minutes for the pull-ups, I'm pretty sure I'd crap out. Right now, that is. But I'll get on it and we'll see.
