I'd say:
Transanity is a bizarre mixture of mental illness, sexual fetish, and far left politics. Not everyone has all of these in the same degree. (And some are just confused, victims of faddish social contagion.) But it's not merely that there are militant transes. Rather, it's that transgenderism itself is deeply intertwined with mental illness and (often violent) antiliberalism. It's not mere coincidence that transgenders are radically overrepresented on the far left, including in Antifa. In fact, there's a subdivision of Antifa called "Trantifa."
