It's ridiculously difficult to say which administration has been the worst of my lifetime. Clearly Carter and Bush '43 are in the running, as is Nixon. I still think there's no getting around the lunacy of the lies leading up to Gulf War Episode II: The Phantom Menace... But Biden, after only one year, looks like a strong contender for second place.
