Predictable NYT-type stuff.
At least it includes a testable prediction: that there will be relevant chaos in the near future. Will anybody remember this prediction if it doesn't turn out to be true?
Also: it seems like basically a straw man to call the strike revenge. Was retaliation for Pearl Harbor revenge?
