Would Ohio Law Force 11-Year-Old Rape Victim To Have Her Rapist's Baby?

Sounds like it would.

This is one of my main concerns about a more conservative SCOTUS, as I've said. 

I'm not eager to throw this matter back to the states. But currently I think that the risks associated with a conservative court are more acceptable than those associated with a progressive one.
