When reading something like this, it's interesting to track down 'where they are now.'
It is possible the author would repudiate that paper if asked today. From her Wikipedia article and publications, she is now writing non-pomo articles about sex trafficking, including at least one published in NR(!) She's also written a non-academic article women in STEM, which suggests she is not so entirely anti-enlightenment today. Of further note, she has written about the problems of women under Islamic fundamentalism.
