Scrawny ("anti-" lol) fascist philosophy dude hides furtively in crowd until person on the other side glances away, scrawny philosophy dude darts forward, hits person in the other side in the head with a U-lock, then scurries back into his own crowd and vanishes.
   Of course they may have the wrong guy, needless to say.
