Interesting idea.
I wish somebody'd actually do an experiment on this. My prediction: liberals will be a little better at it than conservatives, but not much.
It reminds me of the "Mirror Mirror" episode of Star Trek where the good/sane characters could impersonate their evil/insane counterparts but the inverse was not true.
