Presumably, nobody is dumb enough to take this seriously.
Basically, Republicans think that whichever Democrat is in office is the worst president of all time, and Dems aren't much better.
And note that St. Ronnie of Hollywood is the best...
It'd be nice to have a list of all the previous polls of similar nature and their conclusions. I'm pretty sure it'd show that nearly every poll expresses the results your quick observation predicts, but it'd be nice to have the hard evidence.
