are they saying that dr rice is stumping for a regime that is in fact racist and will one day get her? that's what i thought it meant until i read the caption. now, i have no idea. *sigh*
I can usually make sense of anything, even Stanley Fish. But I'm stumped. Showed it to some other people, too---no dice.
