Dumminess

There is a distinction between truths and facts, but it isn't anything like what these folks--to the extent that I can tell what the heck they are trying to say--seem to think it is.

    I believe Frankfurt laid out the argument in "On Bullshit" that (to quote the link)

    ""truthiness," defined as the quality of stating concepts one wishes or believes to be true, rather than the facts."

    is, in fact, Bullshit.
