Tazwell County Not Only Declares Itself A Second Amendment Sanctuary, But Forms A Militia

I have no idea what the implications of either of these things are but I'm kinda too pissed off to care. DO ALL THE THINGS.
I kinda want us to declare ourselves sometime more aggressive and badass...like a Second Amendment bastion or stronghold.
Or redoubt.
