It might very well be that she just doesn't want to comment on any particular decision...but damn...this is the kind of thing that jolts you to red alert.
Oh yeah. Mandatory segregation was just obscene and pretty clearly unconstitutional by reasonable measures. Going into president and 'respect for the supreme court are slimy weasel words. She doesn't deserve the position after that.
