So I actually read the article, finally, and it doesn't actually make the categorical claim 'don't trust men who say they are feminists.' The main topic is Harvey Weinstein: he claimed he was a feminist, and even funded certain feminist ventures. But it's pretty safe to say trusting him would be a bad idea. (See also 'Nce Guy'.) In fact the article is more a suggestion that you should judge a man by his behavior, not by his stated beliefs, which is...not a particularly revolutionary suggestion.
